INTRODUCTION TO PAPERMAKING

Cost: $80.00 for members, $100.00 for non-members.

Venue: This workshop will be held at Stables Studio

PLEASE NOTE Fees for this workshop $80 members and $100 non members

This workshop will introduce you to the skill of hand papermaking with recycled pulp of different colours.
You will learn about the preparation and choice of materials for pulp, how to form a sheet of paper and the pressing and drying of your paper.
Pulp will be provided by the tutor.
This workshop would also be suitable for papermakers who can make paper and want to extend their skills.

A Warm Winter Book Workshop

A book is an intimate artefact

that serves as a tactile repository

for private or shared collections

of writing & images.

Cost: $50

BYO lunch, tea and coffee provided.

Spend a cosy Sunday together learning the skill of book binding.

We will make a lovely ‘take anywhere’ journal with a wrap around cover and a simple notebook which you can teach others to make later. No experience necessary.

Suitable for adults only.
