GREETINGS FROM THE WORLD OF PAPER

*Announcing a New Papermaking Workshop      See below

My year began well.  Getting back to teaching workshops was wonderful. My friend's adult grandchildren came in January and created wonderful books.

February was a Piano Hinge bookbinding workshop. Don't the books look stylish?

The Steels Creek Art Group invited me to their light filled studio where they embraced the idea of binding a book in which they could display their art work.

The Indigo & Rust workshop at the Papermakers of Victoria studio entertained a large group of enthusiasts and resulted in more beautiful books.

The close tape binding was a creative experience for those who attended.

Anne Cunningham surprised me by taking her tapes to another level so she could enjoy including the fish on her tapes. I am going to try this Anne.

As well as teaching, I have been working with friends and my wonderful Papermakers of Victoria group to extend my skills.

At the end of the session you will have a lovely post of handmade paper to take home for other projects.
