GREETINGS FROM THE WORLD OF PAPER
WISHING YOU HAPPINESS FOR THIS FESTIVE SEASON
&
THE YEAR AHEAD
This year is coming to a close and I am looking forward to 2021
I am feeling half a shade braver about planning some workshops. You can read about them below and email me to register.
Since I last wrote my husband and I enjoyed a trip to Port Fairy to deliver my artwork to Blarney Books and Art. If you are down that way the exhibition is on until the end of January.
I also had time while we were at Port Fairy to make a circle book inspired by Christine Smith's instructions.
The papermakers have been busy this year sharing ideas and inspiring each other. Some of their work is displayed here.
Home here at No.55 you can see our new Street library up and working. Lots of visitors have called by to borrow or leave books. Some have even sat on the seat to look at books.
The last post of paper I made was white, so I now have some fresh surfaces to colour or print on.
The boat theme continues. I celebrated the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn with a boat full of origami stars. Thankyou to Bernadette's guidance I managed some folding.
The other boat on its scoll waves will be an entry in the IAPMA 35year celebration exhibition.
